For Total Load:

Set 1: 8 Bench Press

Set 2: 5 Bench Press

Set 3: 3 Bench Press

Set 4: 1 Bench Press

Set 5: 3 Bench Press

Set 6: 5 Bench Press

Set 7: 8 Bench Press

***Set 1 should start around ~80% of 1RM Bench Press and build from there. Athletes will then chose their weights from there.***
