100 Partner Wallballs 20/14 (One throws, one catches, one throws, one catches)
80 Burpees Over Partner (10 Each Partner, then Swap / Partner will do burpee then jump over partner)
60 Cal Row (swap every 15 cals)
40 OHS 74/45 (Swap every 10)
20 SDLHP 75/45 (Swap every 10)
10 Rope Climbs (Split as needed)
