With a Running Clock in 18 minutes:
From 0:00-10:00, complete:
75 Toes-to-Bars
75 Wall Balls 20/14
50 Double-Unders
50 Toes-to-Bars
50 Wall Balls 20/14
50 Double-Unders
25 Toes-to-Bars
25 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
50 Double-Unders
Rest 2 minutes
From 12:00-18:00, establish:
Partners will share barbell:
1 rep max Clean + Hang Clean + Front Squat
On the count of 3..2..1.. GO one athlete will start on the 75 Toes-to-Bars. Athletes can alternate however they choose until the 75 reps are completed. It is not required that athletes share the work. When all 75 Toes-to-Bars are complete, the athletes will begin the round of 75 Wall Ball Shots. Again athletes can switch and break up the 75 Wall Ball Shots however they choose and it is not required that athletes share the work.
After the first round of Toes-to-Bars and Wall Ball Shots are completed the athletes will proceed to complete 50 Double-Unders. Athletes can choose to share the work or have one athlete complete all 50 reps. After the 50 Double-Unders are complete, the athletes will begin on the round of 50 Toes-to-Bar, followed by 50 Wall Ball Shots, then 50 Double-Unders. Athletes can divide the work however they choose.
Athletes will then complete the round of 25 Toes-to-Bar, followed by 25 Wall Ball Shots, and 50 Double-Unders. There is NO minimum work requirement in this workout. Only one athlete can be working at a time.
