Power Cleans
Build to Heavy Set of 10
Then...

1x10 @ 80% of Heavy 10
STIMULUS
- This heavy 10 is based on feel for the day.
- Athletes must hold onto the bar for all 10 reps.
- Rest as needed between attempts and drop sets.

60 Calorie Row
50 Toes to Bar
40 Wallballs 20 / 14 lb (10/9ft.)
30 Power Cleans 135 / 95 lb
20 Ring Muscle-ups
STRATEGY
- Use the row as a "buy-in."
- Break the toes to bar into sets of 3 or more.
- Break the wallballs into sets of 8 or more.
- Perform the power cleans in singles or small sets.
- Chip away at the RMU and try to stay moving.
- Be aware the finishing 1 round will be challenging for most.
