For Time:
80 Cal Bike (Split however)
60 KBS 53/35 (Split by 10's)
40 CTB (Split by 5's)
20 D-Balls Over Shoulder 60/45
(Rx+: 150/100) (You go, I go)
40 Burpees (Swap every 5)
60 Box Jump Overs 24/20 (Swap every 5)
80 Synchro Double Unders (160 Singles)
Bike: While one partner bikes, the other partner must hold a plank on elbows
KBS: BOTH partners must hold their kettlebells the entire time. Every time a partner drops/sits down the kettlebell, both partners must run 200m.
