*Switch after 400m Medball Run 20/14*
*Thrusters: should be on the heavier side but should NOT exceed 75% of 1RM Thruster. Should be completed in 1-2 sets every round.
*FLOW: Athlete 1 begins by chipping away at the AMRAP. Partner 2 begins with the 400m Medball Run. When partner 2 returns from the run, partner 1 will then pick up the Medball and take off on the run. Partner 2 will pickup where partner 1 left off in the AMRAP.
