For Time:
60 Cal Row (Rx+: Bike)
180 Double Unders (2:1)
80 Synchro HR Push-ups
(Rx+ 180ft. Handstand Walk)
1 Mile Wallball Carry 20/14
80 Synchro HR Push-ups
(Rx+ 180ft. Handstand Walk)
180 Double Unders (2:1)
60 Cal Row (Rx+: Bike)
*Cal Row/Double Unders:
-Partners can split reps however they see necessary (60 cals per team/180 dubs per team, not person)
*Synchro HR Push-ups:
-Partners must complete ALL 80 push-ups together, synchronized (80 hr push-ups per person)
*1 Mile Wallball Carry:
-Each team will only use one wallball. BOTH partners must complete the entire carry together, but partners may alternate carrying wallball as they see necessary
*Handstand Walk:
-Partners can split reps however they see necessary (180ft per team, not person)
