50 Cal Row

60 DB Snatches 50/35 (Rx+: 70/50)

40 Box Jump Overs 24/20 (Rx+: 30/24)

30 Pull-ups (Rx+: Bar Muscle Ups)

Movement Standards:

Wallballs: One partner throws ball, other partner catches ball for 100 TOTAL

DB Snatches: 30 per partner/Alt. partner every 10 reps

Box Jump Overs: 20 per partner/Alt. partner every 5 reps

Pull-ups: 15 per partner/Alt. as necessary
