UPDATE - 2/18/2021

For the last few years, CrossFit has been a significant part of my life. The CrossFit organization is not what keeps me coming to the gym every day--it is the amazing men and women with whom I surround myself. What motivates me to seek the best for our Box is your continued dedication and encouragement.

After much consideration and counsel from our amazing coaches (both past and present), I have decided that we will not be renewing the Affiliate license that ties us to CrossFit. This change impacts our gym in name only. You can continue to participate in the CrossFit Open (This process will change minorly--more details to come). Our daily workout programming and day-to-day classes will remain the same. We will continue to love, support and uplift one another extraordinarily. This Box will continue to be our home, but will operate under a new name. I am thrilled to announce the transition of our name to CFP Athletics.
