ENDURANCE CHALLENGE - Coming to CFP

Hey guys!

In light of the 42,195m row we witnessed this past week at the CrossFit games, we at CFP will be testing our endurance!

For time:

Row 21,097 meters (half marathon row)

Scale #1:

60min AMMAP (as many meters as possible)

Scale #2

40min AMMAP (as many meters as possible)


Beginning Sunday, August 12th, we will offer 6 time slots each day, for you to go through this test. We will post the times on the whiteboard. You just sign up for the time and day you prefer. I’m thinking we will run this for 2 weeks to allow everyone time to get it in.

It’s going to be very inspiring and a great moment for our box! So many of us will continue to complete tasks we never thought possible.


Please get with me or Hubb about fueling before and during this event if you need a plan individually. I will post some general nutritional info next week. 

Please be sure you are eating clean food and plenty of vegetables now! Stay away from processed food as much as possible! 


Think of how many people we will inspire by living our lives clean and healthy!!!
