Coronavirus Update

Until further notice, CFP has made the decision to close our doors due to the Coronavirus. Until we all can safely gather together again, we feel that it is best for our CFP community to maintain a healthy distance.

While we are sad that we won't be able to physically gather, we encourage you to stay tuned for daily WODs that you can do from home! All workouts will be available through Wodify as well. Don't forget to log your times and rounds!
