With just a few weeks before the Open begins, we wanted to do something fun that would help us all focus on our fitness.
So…The 2019 Winter Challenge is a 4 week challenge beginning Monday, January 14th.
The challenge consists of 3 movements….
-Back squats 6 reps @ 85% per week (I will program some once per week, the others are up each person)
-L-Hangs 4:00 cumulative per week
-Push-ups 50/40 per day
*You can partition the reps ANYWAY you wish for all movements. (Back squat 1 rep each day @ 85% for 6 days or 3 reps over 2 different days) L-hang 1:00 per day for 4 days or do it all in one day)
